I have had a few dreams, that at the time were disturbing, and a little to realistic. The first one I woke up and there was an elderly lady standing beside my bed, she was wearing a housedress , and a cardigan sweater. Her hair was a silver grey, and short and curly. She reached over to touch my leg, and I moved it away. She tried again, and I moved up into the top of the bed and yelled HEY! to her, she looked at me and disappeared, except for sparkly image in the air where her hair was. I didn't go back to sleep, I turned on the light and waited for my husband to come home from the night shift. I figured it was just a really weird dream, then a couple of weeks later my godmother had blood clot in her leg and they almost had to amputate.
I thought this was quite a coincidence .
Then I had another dream, someone kept running their hand down my face, very softly. but very insistent. It felt like they were trying to wake me up.
Then my mother called, to get me to go to the hospital with her, because she had had an ambulance come to pick up my father. He was on blood thinners, and his nose had started to bleed and they couldn't get it to stop.
The third dream really scared me. I my dream my 14 year old son was run over by a truck . The driver kept yelling at me that he shouldn't have been there. My son kept looking at me , with a very scared look on his face, and I new that he was dying and I couldn't stop it.
The next day I got a call from my mom, to tell me that my cousins 14 year old son died of a seizure . His parent had went to his brothers ball game, but he had decided not to go because he didn't feel very well, and wanted to just go lay down for a while. When his parents came home , and went to his room to see how he was, he was already dead.
The dreams are never very clear, and I don't know if this is just coincidence, but most dreams I have, I only remember bits and pieces, but these I remember vividly . I have had others somewhat like this over the years, starting when I was a little girl. Some don't make any sense at
all at first, then something happens that coincides with the dream.
Or something in the dream appears, like a place I have never been before. Anyone else have dreams like this. _________________ living in paradise |

Sure Dansval
Prophetic dreams are actually quite common. You are piecing them together after the fact but when you get in touch with your dreams and how they communicate with you then you will know even before hand that something is about to happen. You probably already have some warning by the way you feel upon awakening from these dreams, so after you have one the next time when you feel "Wierd" like that, try to figure out what it could be telling you and also post it here and we'll have a look at it.

I've had those dreams, leaving me with a sense of danger and shivers in the back that wouldn't go away.
One of these dreams was of a plane that was crashing and my mom was sitting in the front seat. In my dream, the plane didn't crash, just before hitting the ground the engines started back and it slowly ascended in the air.
Two weeks later, I received a short letter from my mom who was in Africa at the moment. She was telling me she was coming home to recuperate, she had caught malaria there and had a near death experience. |

wow, that sounds pretty scary to me...
luckily (i think) i dont have such dreams.. the only predictive dream i once had was about me slipping on some shore, and falling in the water face down.. which happened like, months from that dream.
but nothing scary like you!
i didnt know predictive dreams were so common....
personally im a firm atheist and want nothing to do with gods or whatever but there is stuff, like dreams like this, that do make me believe there might be truth in psychics and stuff like that. _________________ Not all those who wander, are lost. |

I remember having those kind of dreams earlier, when I was younger, and clearly remember getting creeps when I would connect them to events that would happen.
When I was attacked this summer, and came home (unharmed luckily) my dad was awake and when I told him what happened, he told me he had a nightmare that wake him up. In that nightmare, he heard something, grabbed a gun and ran to the balcony. After a talk, we've realized that he woke up, in exact time I realized I had been followed. |
