I was just wondering how many people experience this sort of thing...I have a friend who does this all the time...and was wanting to hear what others may have to contribute cause I'd like to help my friend...if I can...

I used to sleepwalk when I was younger, but it sort of spontaneously stopped. Never had any extreme sessions though, but it did scare my parents and sister.

I was the same when I was younger, i often wandered downstairs to talk to my parents then wander back to bed, but I too grew out of it. I do have one recurring nightmare (not my Zombie one, another one) and its so terrifies me, that I actually jump out of bed and run to the door. By the time I'm at the door I'm usually half awake and crying with terror and my hubby is running up the stairs to find out what the hell is going on lol wether this is classed as sleepwalking I'm not sure ?

I don't sleep walk and I don't think I ever did. My daughter does sleep walks and in the middle of her dream, she wakes up and walked to my bed and tells me "Oh good mom, you are back, I can sleep now". Then she kisses me and walks back to her bed. She never remembers those in the morning. It's weird because I never left her alone in the house and even less when she is asleep, plus, if I come home late, she won't be asleep as she will wait and resist until she sees me before falling asleep.

Me, I speak when I dream and can almost have a conversation.
